Made in England

By mirroring the construction of the original jodhpurs, we’ve created an unconventional, complex cut.

For some factories it was too complicated, but not Cookson & Clegg. Founded in Blackburn, a town in the north of England, in 1860, the firm began life as a leather currier and manufacturer of boot uppers. By the 1930s they were producing jerkins, flying helmets and other leather products for the British Army and soon started making military outerwear and legwear.

As well as manufacturing our jodhpurs in England, we source our cotton and corozo buttons here too.
