We use Royal Mail to ship in the UK the rest of the world. All deliveries are trackable.
If you wish to return or exchange a pair of Auld Friends, we’ll refund your postage as soon as we receive them.
Please find delivery charges and transit times below:
There are no shipping charges for orders that include more than one pair of Auld Friend jodhpurs.
For express shipping, please contact us directly at hello@auldfriend.com and we will do our best to help get your jodhpurs to you as soon as possible.
Some countries outside of the E.U. may charge customs or import duties. Please be aware that you, as the customer, are responsible for paying these charges. For more information, we suggest contacting your local customs officer.
As for packaging, your trousers will arrive elegantly and simply presented and protected using recyclable materials.
Exchanges and returns
If you’d like to exchange your Auld Friend jodhpurs for another pair in a different colour/ size – or if you’d rather a refund – please return them, unworn, within 30 days. Please email us at hello@auldfriend.com and we will arrange for your Auld Friend jodhpurs to be picked up.
Please include a returns form, which you can download here, in the package.
If you’d like a refund, it will be issued in the same way as the original payment was made. Please note this may take up to ten days to process once we have received the return.
If you’re an overseas customer, on the outside of your parcel please be sure to include 'Returned Goods’ prominently at the top of the address. This will prevent your return from being delayed by UK customs. If you don't do this then the parcel will be held by UK Customs for processing. This can take up to 28 days to complete and will delay your refund.
